Discover the magic of aerial movement & the Althea Hammock

At our small community centre in Vienna’s 4th district, the Beholistic Clinic, you can find your inner peace, improve your flexibility and strengthen your body in a safe and supportive space. Take part in the seasonal, personalized Aerial Movement Workshops with the support of ‘The Althea’, the aerial trapeze where you will participate at the end a guided powerful meditation in the hammock. The classes are for a maximum of 5 people as well as are suitable for all levels and are individually tailored to the participants. Aerial yoga combines traditional yoga postures with the support of a hammock, allowing for a unique blend of stretching, strengthening, and relaxation. The hammock supports your body, enabling deeper stretches and reducing joint pressure. This practice enhances flexibility, builds strength, and promotes a sense of freedom as you move through various poses.

In the workshop we explore the practice on the ground and in the air with “The Althea” a unique aerial yoga trapeze I’ve designed to support your journey. We learn to FEEL our bodies and reconnect. We allow the body to move freely as it wishes, utilizing the full support of 6 straps, 2 cushions, 2 fabric cradles and of course the hammock. These classes also include pranayama exercises and a guided relaxation with a closing mantra.

For those in Vienna, I offer in-person classes where we can connect directly. These sessions provide hands-on guidance and the opportunity to experience the Althea Trapeze firsthand. Practicing together in a studio setting allows for personalized adjustments and a shared energy that enhances the experience. In our small community centre in Vienna, the Beholistic Clinic, you can attend seasonal, personalised Aerial Movement workshops with the support of The Althea and intimate, powerful guided meditations in the hammocks for a maximum of 5 people. The workshops are held in English, are suitable for all levels and are individually tailored to the participants.

For all those who do not have the opportunity to attend my aerial yoga courses in person in Vienna, there is also the option of taking part in the courses online.

Hatha yoga is one of the oldest forms of yoga, focusing on the balance between body and mind through postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and meditation. This practice helps improve flexibility, build strength, and promote overall well-being by harmonizing physical movement with mindful breathing. Unlike more dynamic yoga styles, Hatha yoga is slower-paced, allowing you to hold each posture for longer, giving you time to deepen into the stretch and fully engage with the present moment. It is an excellent practice for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

If you are in Vienna, I invite you to experience my traditional Hatha yoga classes in a warm and welcoming studio setting. My classes are open to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Every session includes pranayama breathing exercises, guided relaxation, and a closing mantra to seal the practice with positive energy. Seasonal, themed workshops are also available, allowing you to explore yoga from different perspectives throughout the year.
